Pls make all cheques payable to the “Selangor SPCA” with “SPCA Equine Welfare Fund” written on the back. If you omit the words the money may not be used towards equine welfare and could be treated as a general donation and send the cheque to SPCA Selangor at Jalan Kerja Air Lama, 68000 Ampang, Selangor with the words Selangor SPCA Equine Welfare Fund written at the back of the cheque.

All donations are tax exempted. For all Malaysian donations RM 50 and above you can call Jacinta Johnson (see above for numbers) and she will post to you a tax exemption receipt.
Donations by Legacy to SPCA Equine:
Making a gift to the SPCA through your estate is one of the most effective ways to ensure that we can carry on our mission to save and protect animals’ lives far into the future. A gift to SPCA Equine through your will or life insurance is a powerful statement of your support for our mission alleviate the suffering of equine through Inspectorate work and assisted prosecutions, to promote kindness towards animals through Humane Education, to rescue, nurture and re-home equine to happy and loving homes:
You may choose to state your intentions as follows: “I give, devise, and bequeath to Selangor SPCA (Equine Fund), now or formerly at Jalan Kerja Air Lama, Ampang 68000, Selangor, Malaysia, RM [RM amount] or [Property] to be used for the SPCA Equine Fund’s mission.”

You can of course make a legacy to the general SPCA fund for all animals but will need to make a statement that this includes the equine fund too.
